Cancellation Policy
Optimize Aesthetics and Wellness Cancellation Policy
At Optimize Aesthetics and Wellness, we strive to provide the best service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy:
1. Notice Requirement:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
2. Failure to Provide Notice:
- If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, they will be charged 30% of their scheduled appointment.
3. No-Show Policy:
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will also be charged 30% of your appointment and forfeit any deposit.
4. Emergency Cancellations:
- We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
5. Deposit Policy:
- Deposits are required to secure certain appointments. These deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or if the client does not show up for the appointment.
